My name is Jamshed Nawaz, and I work as Graphic Designer in UAE and Canada. My skills span a diverse range of projects, spread over 25 years and a focus on designing effective communications.
With 23 professional years in Media and Marketing field, I have had the opportunity to work across a range – from brand heavyweights such as Deloitte, EY, P&G, IBM, Demant, Redis, Danone and Landmark Properties, to startup companies.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, I was the Marketing & Advertising Design Manager at Landmark Properties for 8 years – heading a marketing team of developers, designers and executives at one of the largest Real Estate brands in Middle East.
I hold an MBA in Marketing from the American University in Dubai.

How I Work
Every project starts with a conversation — not a quote. I need to understand what the piece is supposed to do before I touch a file. Design that looks good but doesn't land is just expensive decoration. I'm upfront about what will be effective versus what will just look pretty. I do the research, ask the uncomfortable questions, and tell you when something isn't working — because that's what a long-term partner does.
